Try new ways of preparing salmon with creamy spinach.

Ingredients:

Grilled salmon:
1 pcs salmon
Black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
1 pcs lemon

Creamy baby spinach:
Butter
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup soft cheese
Black pepper

Method:

Grilled salmon:
Clean and dry salmon.

Add olive oil, fresh black pepper and salt.

Add lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. Rest for few minutes.

Heat a large grill pan. Add two slices of lemon.

Than add salmon and grill from each side for 4 minutes.

Creamy baby spinach:
Heat butter in a large pan. Add baby spinach, black pepper and soft cheese. Cook until soft.

Serve.
