The IHI Open School is an online learning community where you can earn a free certificate after completing a series of courses focused on patient safety and quality improvement. The program within the Institute for Healthcare Improvement also provides a network of peers and experts, and a variety of educational resources to help change health care around the world.
In this video, we hear from Jennifer Stephens, Medical Director at Lehigh Valley Physician Practice; Paul Batalden, Professor at Dartmouth Medical School; and Andy Carson-Stevens, a Clinical Fellow at Cardiff University in Wales, as they explain the value of participating in the IHI Open School.
